Step 1

An initial meeting is scheduled with a Compassion+ Home Care consultant. The goal of this meeting is to get a better understanding the personal needs and expectations of family members, individuals, and loved ones. Experience has shown that this face to face meeting is extremely important. so that a comfortable, trusting, and professional relationship can be established.

Step 2

A consultant from Compassion+ along with family will determine the level of care needed to best fit the clients needs. Our director of client services (customer care) has over ten years of Nursing experience, and will develop a plan of care based on client/family needs. The level of care and support will be chosen that is the best and most affordable solution for everyone.

Step 3

A caregiver is selected which best suits the clients situation. Compassion+ coordinates the introduction of the caregiver to the client and the family. When our service begins we want you to be confident that we have chosen the best caregiver that fits the clients needs.
